Job Duties
- perform food service worker duties as required by the standards in the food service worker OJT
- adhere to sanitation requirements in the dining room including cleaning tables, chairs, beverage lines, microwaves, condiment carts
- restock condiments as required
- replenish juice and coffee as needed
- sweep and mop floors as needed and at shift end
- vacuum carpet as needed and at shift end
- break down beverage line and clean coffee pots at shift end
- perform dishwashing duties including set up and tear down dishwasher, unload carts, pre-scrape, load and spray dishes
- wash utensils through dishwasher and ensure cleanliness and dryness of dishes
- ensure serving area is stocked with service items
- empty trash at shift end
- perform line-serving duties including temperature checks on service line products
- maintain cleanliness of line and surrounding area
- assist in product replenishment
- maintain area during meal to standards of Performance Work Statement (PWS)
- clean areas after meals to standards of PWS
- maintain professional conduct in accordance with WSC policy
- perform other job-related duties as required by supervisor
