Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in food service is preferred
  • must be fully vaccinated against seasonal influenza and COVID-19 or provide exemption statement
  • ability to follow written and verbal instructions
  • availability to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
  • excellent communication skills
  • ability to maintain sanitation standards

Job Duties

  • Provide support for retail areas of the Food & Nutrition Department including setup all stations and perform positions
  • break down stations completely ensuring they are cleaned and sanitized
  • clean and sanitize equipment and food surfaces according to procedures
  • assure that all food items are accurately dated, labeled, and rotated prior to storage or placed for sale
  • use proper utensils to ensure accurate portions
  • perform other reasonable duties as assigned
