Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in food service is preferred
- must be fully vaccinated against seasonal influenza and COVID-19 or provide exemption statement
- ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- availability to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- excellent communication skills
- ability to maintain sanitation standards

Job Duties
- Provide support for retail areas of the Food & Nutrition Department including setup all stations and perform positions
- break down stations completely ensuring they are cleaned and sanitized
- clean and sanitize equipment and food surfaces according to procedures
- assure that all food items are accurately dated, labeled, and rotated prior to storage or placed for sale
- use proper utensils to ensure accurate portions
- perform other reasonable duties as assigned
