Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in food service or retail environment preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks related to food service
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to adhere to all health and safety regulations
- Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal influenza and COVID-19 unless exempted
- Willingness to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Ability to follow written instructions
- Experience with proper food safety and sanitary procedures preferred
- Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal influenza and COVID-19 or have an approved exemption
Job Duties
- Provide support for retail food service areas including set up of all stations
- Perform food service positions as assigned
- Break down and clean stations completely, ensuring sanitation
- Clean and sanitize equipment and food surfaces according to procedures
- Ensure all food items are accurately dated, labeled, and rotated prior to storage or sale
- Use proper utensils to maintain accurate portion control
- Perform other reasonable duties as assigned
