Job Requirements
- Ability to follow written instructions
- experience with proper food safety and sanitary procedures
- must be fully vaccinated against seasonal influenza and the COVID 19 virus or be exempt by signing a statement certifying exemption once hired
- willingness to work day/evening shift including weekend and holiday rotations
- able to work at St. Luke’s Hospital in New Bedford, MA
- capable of physical work including standing for extended periods
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred

Job Duties
- Provide support for the retail areas of the Food & Nutrition Department including set up all stations and perform positions
- break down stations completely ensuring they are cleaned and sanitized
- clean and sanitize equipment and food surfaces according to procedures
- assure that all food items are accurately dated, labeled, and rotated prior to storage and or placed for sale
- use proper utensils to ensure accurate portions
- perform other reasonable duties as assigned
