Job Duties
- perform tasks associated with serving patient meal trays including hot and cold entrees salads sandwiches desserts and supplements
- take and log hot and cold food temperatures on trayline as well as dishmachine and refrigerator freezer temperatures
- load patient trays into meal carts and deliver meal carts and late trays to nursing station
- perform cleaning tasks including detail cleaning washing dishes and pots and pans
- stock and clean work areas
- work on patient trayline including setup service breakdown and sanitation
- comply with food safety HACCP standards
