Job Requirements
- Ensure dining room area is clean and sanitary at all times
- thoroughly clean all equipment, tables, chairs, carts and dining facility areas after each meal
- maintain high level cleanliness and sanitation
- thoroughly clean serving line, dessert bar, hot/cold boxes, walls, and floor at the end of the meal
- scrape and sort soiled mess gear
- dispose of waste products properly
- presoak soiled mess gear and pots and pans
- rack soiled mess gear and pots and pans and place in dishwasher
- put clean, dried and cooled mess gear back for customer's use
- dispose of all trash and garbage after each meal
- perform other duties as assigned by supervisor
Job Qualifications
- Ability to follow instructions
- basic knowledge of sanitation practices
- experience with cleaning and dishwashing tasks preferred
- physical stamina to perform cleaning duties
- good attention to detail
- teamwork and communication skills
Job Duties
- Vacuum dining room floors
- clean dining room tables and chairs
- scrape, wash, and sort dishes, glassware, and silverware
- clean kitchen equipment, pots and pans, counters, and tables
- sweep and mop floors
- dispose of trash and garbage after each meal
- perform additional duties as assigned by supervisor
