Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent or 3 years experience
- 1-3 years of previous food service experience
- ability to read, write and comprehend written assignments
- availability to work shifts starting as early as 5:30am and ending as late as 8:45pm
- willingness to work weekends and some holidays
- ability to be cross trained in various assignments
- regular, punctual attendance
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years of previous food service experience
- ability to read, write and comprehend written assignments
- strong multitasking skills
- ability to work early morning, evening, weekend and holiday shifts
- good communication and teamwork skills
Job Duties
- assemble patient trays
- prepare individual portions and food displays
- stock food and supplies
- complete ware-washing and sanitize dishes, glassware, silverware, utensils, pots and pans
- clean and sanitize kitchen, service work areas, serving areas, and equipment
- remove garbage, trash and grease from department areas
- maintain regular, punctual attendance and professional interaction with coworkers, visitors, and staff
