Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent or 3 years experience
  • 1-3 years of previous food service experience
  • ability to read, write and comprehend written assignments
  • availability to work shifts starting as early as 5:30am and ending as late as 8:45pm
  • willingness to work weekends and some holidays
  • ability to be cross trained in various assignments
  • regular, punctual attendance

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-3 years of previous food service experience
  • ability to read, write and comprehend written assignments
  • strong multitasking skills
  • ability to work early morning, evening, weekend and holiday shifts
  • good communication and teamwork skills

Job Duties

  • assemble patient trays
  • prepare individual portions and food displays
  • stock food and supplies
  • complete ware-washing and sanitize dishes, glassware, silverware, utensils, pots and pans
  • clean and sanitize kitchen, service work areas, serving areas, and equipment
  • remove garbage, trash and grease from department areas
  • maintain regular, punctual attendance and professional interaction with coworkers, visitors, and staff
