Job Requirements
- Less than 1 year of applicable experience
- Ability to work PRN part-time shifts including weekends
- Ability to follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Must be able to work from 6:30 AM to 2:00 PM or 10:45 AM to 7:15 PM
- Strong communication skills
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in food service or dishwashing beneficial but not required
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work efficiently and quickly in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Handling, preparing and serving food in accordance with written menu and sanitation regulations
- Preparing cafeteria food service and delivering food to customers
- Restocking cafeteria supplies
- Maintaining sanitation of work areas, dishes and equipment
- Maintaining inventory control, product rotation, labeling and safe food handling practices to assure continued availability to customers
