Job Requirements
- Less than 1 year of applicable experience
- Ability to work PRN, part-time as needed
- Availability for shifts from 6:30 AM to 2:00 PM or 10:45 AM to 7:15 PM
- Must be able to work weekends
- Capacity to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
- Ability to handle physical aspects of food service work
- Good communication skills
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Experience in food service or dishwashing is an asset
- Ability to follow written food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Customer service oriented
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to work weekends and flexible shifts
Job Duties
- Handle, prepare and serve food according to menu and sanitation regulations
- Prepare cafeteria food service and deliver food to customers
- Restock cafeteria supplies
- Maintain sanitation of work areas, dishes and equipment
- Maintain inventory control, product rotation, labeling and safe food handling practices
- Work efficiently in various roles such as Food Runner, Tray Line, Food Prep, Dishwasher, Store Room
- Provide excellent customer service and collaborate within a team environment
