Job Requirements

  • Less than 1 year of applicable experience
  • Willingness to work PRN shifts including weekends
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
  • Must comply with all health and safety regulations
  • Ability to read and follow written instructions
  • Strong communication skills
  • Team-oriented attitude

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in food service or dishwashing is desirable but not required
  • Ability to follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Strong teamwork and customer service skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
  • Capability to work efficiently and quickly in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • Handling, preparing and serving food in accordance with written menu and sanitation regulations
  • Preparing cafeteria food service and delivering food to customers
  • Restocking cafeteria supplies
  • Maintaining sanitation of work areas, dishes and equipment
  • Maintaining inventory control, product rotation, labeling and safe food handling practices
  • Working in various roles such as Food Runner, Tray Line, Food Prep, Dishwasher, and Store Room
  • Providing excellent customer service and working efficiently in a team environment
