Job Requirements
- Less than 1 year of applicable experience
- Willingness to work PRN shifts including weekends
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Must comply with all health and safety regulations
- Ability to read and follow written instructions
- Strong communication skills
- Team-oriented attitude
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in food service or dishwashing is desirable but not required
- Ability to follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Strong teamwork and customer service skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Capability to work efficiently and quickly in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Handling, preparing and serving food in accordance with written menu and sanitation regulations
- Preparing cafeteria food service and delivering food to customers
- Restocking cafeteria supplies
- Maintaining sanitation of work areas, dishes and equipment
- Maintaining inventory control, product rotation, labeling and safe food handling practices
- Working in various roles such as Food Runner, Tray Line, Food Prep, Dishwasher, and Store Room
- Providing excellent customer service and working efficiently in a team environment
