Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Food Handlers Certificate within 30 days required
- Basic math and reading skills in English
- Ability to work weekends and rotating shifts
- Cooperative and discreet work ethic
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work as part of a team

Job Duties
- Prepare and serve meals according to dietary guidelines
- Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of food service areas and equipment
- Follow food safety and hygiene regulations
- Assist with inventory management and stock control
- Collaborate with nutrition department staff and healthcare teams
- Provide courteous and efficient customer service to patients and staff
- Maintain records of meal deliveries and dietary substitutions
