Job Requirements
- high school diploma or GED
- minimum 1 year of experience in food services
- ability to operate and clean kitchen equipment safely
- knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards
- excellent communication and teamwork skills

Job Duties
- Collaborate with Diet Clerk
- clean and stock assembly area with appropriate foods and supplies
- assist in quality monitoring to ensure excellence in patient food service
- maintain sanitation of food service operations including ware washing
- transport and sanitize patient food carts
- document in accordance with HACCP standards
- cross-train in other areas as assigned
