Job Duties
- prepare, assemble, and deliver patient meals in accordance with quality, service, infection control, and food safety standards
- deliver stock supplies to patient floor kitchens
- serve guests maintaining positive customer/guest relations
- appropriately replenish used foods and supplies
- complete sanitation duties
- perform dish room duties daily as assigned
- collect payments for guest trays
- handle food sales transactions in the cafeteria as a cashier in accordance with established policies and procedures
- set up and serve meals for corporate retail, catering, Doctors Dining Room, and other dining outlets
- decorate buffet and reception tables as assigned
