Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- food safety certification within 90 days of job entry
- minimum 2 years food handling experience
- excellent customer service skills

Job Duties
- Prepare, assemble, and deliver patient meals in accordance with quality, service, infection control, and food safety standards
- deliver stock supplies to patient floor kitchens
- serve guests maintaining positive customer/guest relations
- appropriately replenish used foods and supplies
- complete sanitation duties
- perform dish room duties daily
- collect payments for guest trays
- handle transactions for food sales in the cafeteria as a cashier
- set up and serve meals for corporate retail, catering, Doctors Dining Room, and other dining outlets
- decorate buffet and reception tables as assigned
- support training of others in food service responsibilities
