Job Duties
- Assist in cleaning and sanitation of the food service area
- Set and clear tables
- Wash dishes
- Sweep and mop floors
- Serve meals using correct portioning
- Ensure food meets temperature and quality standards
- Follow HACCP for correct food handling
- Store foods properly according to safety procedures
- Maintain good working relationships with co-workers and management
- Perform job safely while maintaining a clean work environment
- Adhere to SPHP's code of conduct
