- Weighs and measures designated ingredients
- Carries food pans, kettles, and trays safely between work stations
- Stores food following wrapping, dating, and rotation procedures
- Cleans work areas, equipment, and utensils
- Distributes supplies, utensils, and portable equipment
- Serves customers efficiently and resolves concerns
- Ensures compliance with sanitation and safety requirements
- Follows approved food recipes and production standards
- Assures adherence to inventory and cash control procedures
