Job Duties
- Prepare servery and dining room for service
- serve food to patients and staff
- prepare and serve catered functions
- interact with patients of all ages on occasion
- develop knowledge and skills relevant to diverse patient age groups including neonates and the terminally ill
- maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas
- follow food safety and hygiene protocols
