Job Requirements

  • minimum 18 years of age
  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • prior experience in a fast paced food service environment preferred
  • ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
  • physical ability to stand for extended periods and walk long distances
  • must be dependable with no excessive absenteeism or tardiness
  • knowledge of safety and sanitation procedures

Job Qualifications

  • prior experience in a high volume, fast paced food service environment preferred
  • ability to read, speak, write, and understand English
  • excellent customer service skills
  • ability to follow basic oral and written instructions
  • ability to stand and walk for long periods

  • understands and follows safety and sanitation procedures

Job Duties

  • preparing a patient's meal tray for delivery
  • delivery of meals to patient rooms
  • dishwashing
  • separating trash/recycle/compost
  • re-stocking supplies
  • assisting with maintaining cleanliness in food service areas
  • interacting with patients and team members
