Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in food preparation and service preferred
- ability to stand for extended periods
- ability to lift and carry moderate weights
- food handler certification is a plus
- must be able to comply with all health and safety regulations
- flexibility to work varied hours including weekends
- good interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- Prepares fruits and vegetables by washing, peeling, cutting, and seeding
- weighs and measures designated ingredients
- carries pans, kettles, and trays of food safely
- stores food following wrapping, dating, food safety, and rotation procedures
- cleans work areas, equipment, and utensils
- distributes supplies, utensils, and portable equipment
- serves customers in a friendly and efficient manner
- resolves customer concerns and relays information to supervisor
- ensures compliance with company service and safety standards
- performs other duties as assigned
