Job Requirements

  • At least one year of food service experience in a fast food setting
  • Availability to work part time Monday through Friday with varying shifts between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM
  • Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting and carrying pans and equipment
  • Must be able to comply with sanitation and safety standards
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to learn and adapt
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Minimum of one year of food service experience in a fast food setting
  • Ability to follow safety and sanitation procedures
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM
  • Basic math skills for measuring and portion control
  • Good communication skills

Job Duties

  • Perform prep work such as washing, peeling, cutting, and seeding fruits and vegetables
  • Weigh and measure designated ingredients
  • Carry pans, kettles, and trays of food to and from work stations, stove, and refrigerator in accordance with safety standards
  • Store food in designated areas following wrapping, dating, food safety, and rotation procedures
  • Clean work areas, equipment, and utensils
  • Distribute supplies, utensils, and portable equipment
  • Utilize approved food recipes and production standards to ensure proper quality, serving temperatures, and standard portion control
  • Serve customers in a friendly, efficient manner following outlined steps of service
  • Resolve customer concerns and relay relevant information to supervisor
  • Ensure compliance with company service standards and inventory and cash control procedures
  • Assure compliance with all sanitation and safety requirements
  • Perform other duties as assigned
