Job Requirements
- At least one year of food service experience in a fast food setting
- Availability to work part time Monday through Friday with varying shifts between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting and carrying pans and equipment
- Must be able to comply with sanitation and safety standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn and adapt
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Minimum of one year of food service experience in a fast food setting
- Ability to follow safety and sanitation procedures
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work varying shifts between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM
- Basic math skills for measuring and portion control
- Good communication skills
Job Duties
- Perform prep work such as washing, peeling, cutting, and seeding fruits and vegetables
- Weigh and measure designated ingredients
- Carry pans, kettles, and trays of food to and from work stations, stove, and refrigerator in accordance with safety standards
- Store food in designated areas following wrapping, dating, food safety, and rotation procedures
- Clean work areas, equipment, and utensils
- Distribute supplies, utensils, and portable equipment
- Utilize approved food recipes and production standards to ensure proper quality, serving temperatures, and standard portion control
- Serve customers in a friendly, efficient manner following outlined steps of service
- Resolve customer concerns and relay relevant information to supervisor
- Ensure compliance with company service standards and inventory and cash control procedures
- Assure compliance with all sanitation and safety requirements
- Perform other duties as assigned
