Job Duties
- Perform a variety of kitchen and dining area tasks following established procedures
- break down and clean tables and dining areas after meals
- return dishes and leftover food to the kitchen
- assemble or toss fresh fruit and green salads using prepared dressings
- portion salads into standard serving sizes
- clean exhaust vents and hoods
- clean windows, ceilings, and walls
- clean and sanitize trash cans and dispose of trash properly
- perform other duties as assigned
