Job Requirements
- Direct deposit and social security card required upon appointment
- meet qualification, eligibility, and background requirements

- must be able to work weekdays, weekends, holidays, and various hours of the day and week
- local candidates prioritized as PCS is not authorized
- candidates must reside in the commuting area of the Island of Oahu
- relocation at candidate's expense if outside local area
Job Qualifications
- Ability to understand and follow simple instructions
- ability to use hand tools for cleaning and operating simple machines
Job Duties
- Perform tasks according to established kitchen and dining area procedures
- set up cafeteria lines, steam-tables, and service tables with hot and cold food items such as meats, vegetables, salads, desserts, bread, butter, and beverages
- replenish food items as necessary
- break down and clean tables and dining areas after meals
- return leftover food to the kitchen area
- wash tables and counters
- operate, break down, and clean kitchen equipment assigned to the work area
- clean kitchen worktables, sinks, and refrigerators
- scrape, soak, scour, and scrub heavy cooking utensils such as mixing bowls or pots
- separate food waste and trash from dishes, glasses, and silverware
- sweep and mop kitchen floors
- clean exhaust vents, hoods, windows, ceilings, and walls
- clean and sanitize trash cans
- dispose of trash properly
- perform other duties as assigned
