Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • minimum six months of related experience preferred
  • able to read, write, and speak English
  • able to distinguish colors and hear sufficiently
  • able to safely operate standard equipment required for the position
  • Food Handler's Certification from San Bernardino County Public Health Department required within 14 days of hire date

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • minimum six months of related experience preferred
  • able to read, write, and speak English
  • able to distinguish colors and hear sufficiently
  • able to safely operate kitchen equipment
  • able to follow oral and written instructions
  • Food Handler's Certification from San Bernardino County Public Health Department required within 14 days of hire date
  • SafeServ Managers certification preferred

Job Duties

  • Set up trayline workstation accurately and timely
  • clean and sanitize pots, pans, dishes, and utensils
  • maintain overall cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen area
  • follow all safety and hygiene protocols
  • assist with unloading and organizing kitchen supplies
  • operate kitchen equipment safely
  • perform other duties as assigned
