Job Requirements

  • Ability to do the work of a food service worker leader
  • Experience in preparing, transporting, and delivering meals
  • Ability to check menus for accuracy
  • Ability to explain work requirements and procedures
  • Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely
  • Ability to organize and assign tasks
  • Ability to work shifts
  • Physical capability to lift up to 44 pounds
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Willingness to work in a noisy and demanding kitchen environment

Job Duties

  • Check menus against orders to ensure accuracy
  • Explain work requirements, methods, and procedures to subordinates
  • Operate kitchen equipment according to safety instructions
  • Organize and assign tasks ensuring completion
