Job Requirements
- Completion of four years of high school or equivalent
- Minimum of three years related work experience
- Must obtain ServSafe certificate within 90 days of start
- Must obtain Massachusetts Allergen Awareness certificate
- Fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and COVID-19 or have approved exemption
- Ability to work per diem schedule with weekend and holiday rotations
Job Qualifications
- Completion of four years of high school plus additional specialized training or courses
- Minimum of three years related work experience
- ServSafe certificate within 90 days of start
- Massachusetts Allergen Awareness certificate
- Ability to work day and evening shifts including weekends and holidays
- Strong leadership and communication skills
Job Duties
- Provide shift-to-shift leadership for the Patient Services Department
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of patient meals
- Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations including ServSafe standards
- Supervise and support food service staff during shifts
- Monitor food service operations for quality assurance
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate patient needs
- Perform other reasonable duties as assigned
