Job Requirements

  • Completion of four years of high school or equivalent
  • Minimum of three years related work experience
  • Must obtain ServSafe certificate within 90 days of start
  • Must obtain Massachusetts Allergen Awareness certificate
  • Fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and COVID-19 or have approved exemption
  • Ability to work per diem schedule with weekend and holiday rotations

Job Qualifications

  • Completion of four years of high school plus additional specialized training or courses
  • Minimum of three years related work experience
  • ServSafe certificate within 90 days of start
  • Massachusetts Allergen Awareness certificate
  • Ability to work day and evening shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Strong leadership and communication skills

Job Duties

  • Provide shift-to-shift leadership for the Patient Services Department
  • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of patient meals
  • Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations including ServSafe standards
  • Supervise and support food service staff during shifts
  • Monitor food service operations for quality assurance
  • Collaborate with other departments to coordinate patient needs
  • Perform other reasonable duties as assigned
