Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- high school diploma or equivalent
- current Municipality of Anchorage Food Worker Card
- able to proficiently speak, read, understand and write English
- must pass a pre-employment physical requirement
- must meet criminal history and background requirements
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- high school diploma or equivalent
- current Municipality of Anchorage Food Worker Card
- able to proficiently speak, read, understand and write English
- one year of previous kitchen experience preferred
- training in prevention of food borne illness, HACCP, sanitation and personal hygiene preferred
Job Duties
- Prepare food as instructed
- wash pots, pans and dishes
- stock kitchen supplies
- clean kitchen and equipment
- operate the cash register accurately
- deliver catering orders
- assist staff in kitchen area
- clean and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, and equipment
- unload supplies and small equipment
- utilize proper equipment and utensils
- assemble and serve food to customers
- provide quality customer service
- promote and maintain a safe work environment
- willingly perform other assigned duties
- work at various locations as required
