Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in food service or catering
- Ability to work Thursday to Monday mornings and evenings
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds
- Willingness to obtain Utah Food Handler's Permit or ServSafe certification if not currently certified
- Successful completion of a criminal history background check
- Availability for a probationary employment period

Job Duties
- Assist in meal preparation for large batches
- Serve meals to soldiers and staff
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen and dining areas
- Adhere to all food safety regulations and standards
- Support team in daily kitchen operations
- Adapt to scheduling changes and menu modifications
- Lift and move kitchen supplies up to 50 pounds
