Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in food service or catering
  • Ability to work Thursday to Monday mornings and evenings
  • Physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds
  • Willingness to obtain Utah Food Handler's Permit or ServSafe certification if not currently certified
  • Successful completion of a criminal history background check
  • Availability for a probationary employment period

  • Experience working in food service or commercial kitchen
  • Ability to prepare large-batch meals
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and cleanliness
  • Utah Food Handler's Permit or ServSafe certification (or willingness to obtain)

Job Duties

  • Assist in meal preparation for large batches
  • Serve meals to soldiers and staff
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen and dining areas
  • Adhere to all food safety regulations and standards
  • Support team in daily kitchen operations
  • Adapt to scheduling changes and menu modifications
  • Lift and move kitchen supplies up to 50 pounds
