- minimum 2-3 years work experience
- Food Handlers Card
- ability to work day and evening shifts
- ability to handle cash transactions responsibly

- ability to assist patients and maintain high quality of service

- ability to operate cash register and handle transactions accurately

Job Duties
- Setup and assemble meals from tray line and kitchen
- read production orders and place items on trays according to diet list
- examine filled trays for completeness and place on carts or conveyor belts
- set up and stock food stations including entrées, soups, salads, breads, condiments, and utensils
- serve and replenish food from counters and steam tables
- operate cash register and handle cash, checks, and credit transactions securely
- clean and sanitize equipment, workstations, and dining areas
- take and input patient meal orders
- assist patients with food orders and service in the cafe
- attend allergy and foodborne illness training and safety meetings
- follow company safety and compliance policies
- maintain confidentiality and practice integrity
