Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- At least 2 years of direct food service experience
- Familiarity with state and local safe food handling regulations
- Ability to adhere to HACCP guidelines
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to work cohesively within a team
- Availability for Monday through Friday, 6:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. shift
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of 2 years direct food service experience
- Knowledge of safe food handling practices
- Ability to follow recipes and production procedures
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
- Preferred Food Handlers Card or equivalent
Job Duties
- Prepare and deliver food trays to hospital patients and staff
- Read production orders and follow recipes
- Assemble snacks and nourishments
- Pour and deliver feeding formulas
- Collect and wash dishes and trays
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and sanitation
- Keep accurate records and comply with HACCP guidelines
