Job Requirements
- minimum 18 years of age
- able to perform sanitation and food safety duties
- customer service skills
- ability to follow organization policies
- availability to work variable shifts including days and evenings
- willingness to work weekends as scheduled
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in a high volume fast paced food service environment preferred
- effective communication skills
- ability to work collaboratively in a team
- knowledge of food safety practices
- ability to follow safety and sanitation standards
Job Duties
- perform sanitation and food safety activities in assigned areas
- provide excellent customer service
- represent the organization in a positive manner
- follow all policies and procedures
- assist with patient meal service
- help with dining services and meal distribution
- maintain cleanliness and sanitation in kitchen and dining areas
