- food service handler's card as required by local health department
- two years food service experience
- leadership experience preferred

Job Duties
- act as lead person and lead food service workers in daily food and tray line set up service and clean up sanitation
- help train new staff
- conduct inventory
- assign tasks
- monitor portion control
- ensure service areas and equipment are sanitized and cleaned
- ensure procedures for recipes menus quality and safe food handling guidelines are followed
