Job Requirements
- high school diploma preferred but not required
- must be able to read, write and speak English
- six months experience in food services preferred but not required
- knowledge of modified diets helpful

Job Duties
- prepare and serve salads, sandwiches, desserts, supplemental and enteral feedings and snacks using tally sheets and recipes
- log hot and cold food temperatures on trayline and refrigerator/freezer temperatures
- deliver meal carts and late trays to nursing stations
- perform cleaning tasks including detail cleaning, washing dishes, and pots and pans
- stock and clean work areas
- work on patient trayline including set-up, service, breakdown, and sanitation
- use cash register and handle transactions
- clean and maintain cafeteria line and dining room
- perform additional food service tasks as needed
