Job Requirements
- Ability to read, write, and perform basic math
- ability to handle and lift heavy kitchen utensils and supplies (e.g. 40 pounds)
- good physical health
- pass a physical examination to determine physical capabilities
- some knowledge and experience in basic food preparation, service, and/or sanitation methods
- desire to provide high-quality customer service

- ServSafe Certification preferred or to be acquired within six months of hire
Job Duties
- Prepare food according to instructions
- follow proper food handling techniques
- assist in completing the Serving Line Worksheets
- maintain a clean, sanitary, safe, and secure working area
- set up service/preparation areas as assigned
- provide high-quality service to customers
- direct, help train, and assist student employees in food preparation and service
