As part of a comprehensive regional network of care, City of Hope Orange County boasts an 11-acre academic cancer campus located in Irvine, California. Job Requirements
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent experience
- Ability to work approximately 20 hours per week
- Available for evening shifts
- Capability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to follow safety and food handling procedures
- Pass required training programs
- Willingness to work in multiple food preparation areas on property
Job Qualifications

- Knowledge of basic food preparation and safety
- Ability to operate kitchen utensils and equipment
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to work evening shifts

Job Duties
- Assist in preparation of hot and or cold foods
- Set up and serve food from counters and steam tables
- Clean and sanitize workstations, equipment and utensils
- Maintain kitchen work areas including washing dishes and cleaning floors
- Restock food and beverage stations and maintain supply records
- Participate in safety training and hazard assessments
- Follow all company safety, environmental and infection control policies
