Job Requirements
- high school diploma preferred but not required
- must be able to read, write and speak English
- six months experience in food services preferred but not required
- knowledge of modified diets helpful

Job Duties
- perform a variety of tasks associated with the preparation and serving of salads, sandwiches, desserts, supplemental and enteral feedings and snacks using tally sheets and recipes
- log hot and cold food temperatures on trayline as well as refrigerator and freezer temperatures
- deliver meal carts and late trays for patients to nursing station
- perform a variety of cleaning tasks including detail cleaning, washing dishes, and pots and pans
- stock and clean work areas
- work on patient trayline to include set-up and service as well as breakdown and sanitation
- perform food service tasks such as preparation, service, set-up, maintenance, use of cash register, and cleaning of cafeteria line and dining room
