Job Requirements
- Pass a physical examination to determine physical capabilities
- Ability to read, write and perform basic math
- Ability to handle and lift heavy kitchen utensils and supplies up to 40 pounds
- Good physical health
- Some knowledge of and experience in food preparation, service or sanitation methods preferred
- Desire to provide high-quality customer service

- Experience in food service environments is a plus
- ServSafe Certification preferred
Job Duties
- Prepare food and drink according to instructions and proper food handling techniques
- Maintain a clean, sanitary, safe and secure working area
- Set up service and preparation areas as assigned
- Clean and replenish service and preparation areas during and after service
- Provide high-quality customer service
- Direct, help train and assist student employees in food preparation
- Perform other duties as assigned
