- 1 year of food service experience preferred

Job Duties
- Prepare and store hot and cold foods, following recipes and using kitchen equipment
- set up, serve, and replenish food at stations
- assist customers as needed
- maintain inventory, restock supplies, and keep records for supplies and equipment
- clean and sanitize workstations, utensils, and equipment
- ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards
- perform general cleaning, including dishwashing, polishing silverware, sweeping, mopping, and disposing of trash
- attend required training sessions, safety meetings, and hazard assessments
- assist with trayline food distribution as needed
