Job Requirements
- Ability to read, write, and understand sufficient English to perform the requirements of the position
- Quantity or institutional food service experience preferred
- Demonstration of age-specific competency regarding food preparation and service
- Possession of San Bernardino County Food Handlers Card within 30 days of hire or transfer
- Ability to perform essential physical job requirements

Job Duties
- Perform ambassador service procedures to provide comprehensive food service for patients
- Wash pots, pans, dishes, and utensils while adhering to all sanitation standards
- Dispose of trash and refuse properly and sanitize containers as assigned
- Serve a variety of food items to patients, employees, and guests
- Maintain sanitation of work area
- Perform additional related duties as required
