- ability to read, write and understand sufficient English to perform the position
- experience in quantity or institutional food service preferred
- demonstrated age specific competency in food preparation and service
- possession of San Bernardino County Food Handlers Card within 30 days of hire or transfer
- ability to perform essential physical job requirements

Job Duties
- perform ambassador service procedures
- wash pots, pans, dishes, and utensils meeting sanitation standards

- maintain sanitation of work area
- perform other related duties as required
