Job Requirements
- High school diploma GED or equivalent experience
- 1 year of food service experience preferred
- Must be open to weekends and holidays
- Ability to perform dishwashing responsibilities
- Full time availability 40 hours per week

Job Duties
- Prepare and store hot and cold foods following recipes and using kitchen equipment
- Set up serve and replenish food at stations
- Assist customers as needed
- Maintain inventory restock supplies and keep records for supplies and equipment
- Clean and sanitize workstations utensils and equipment
- Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards
- Perform general cleaning including dishwashing polishing silverware sweeping mopping and disposing of trash
- Attend required training sessions safety meetings and hazard assessments
- Assist with trayline food distribution as needed
