- high school diploma ged or equivalent experience
- knowledge of basic operation of equipment and cash-handling procedures preferred

Job Duties
- prepare and store hot and cold foods following recipes and using kitchen equipment
- set up serve and replenish food at stations
- assist customers as needed
- maintain inventory restock supplies and keep records for supplies and equipment
- clean and sanitize workstations utensils and equipment
- ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards
- perform general cleaning including dishwashing polishing silverware sweeping mopping and disposing of trash
- attend required training sessions safety meetings and hazard assessments
- assist with trayline food distribution as needed
