Job Requirements
- High school student currently enrolled
- Minimum six months of related experience preferred
- Able to read, write and speak English
- Able to obtain Food Handler's Certification within 14 days of hire
- Ability to follow oral and written instructions
- Able to operate kitchen equipment safely
- Able to distinguish colors and hear sufficiently for safety
- Willingness to work unscheduled, varied shifts

Job Duties
- Set up tray line workstation accurately and on time
- Clean and sanitize pots, pans, dishes and utensils properly
- Aid in maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen area
- Follow written and oral instructions carefully
- Operate standard kitchen equipment safely
- Work independently effectively
- Perform additional duties as assigned
