Job Requirements
- One year of full-time experience in an institutional or commercial kitchen which included preparing and serving food, and cleaning kitchen equipment and facilities

Job Duties
- Prepare food for cooking by peeling, cutting, or slicing
- set up tray lines and/or individual trays
- serve meals to cafeteria customers and patients
- clean kitchen items such as dishes, pots, pans, containers, carts, and equipment
- clean facilities including sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing work areas such as floors, storage spaces, trucks and empty garbage cans
- assist with stocking supplies and deliveries
- report food quality or safety concerns to the Food Service Worker lead or management team
