Job Requirements

- Previous 2 years of food service experience preferred
- Ability to perform food preparation tasks
- Knowledge of food safety standards
- Ability to work full-time schedule
- Effective communication skills

- Ability to follow food safety and sanitation standards
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work full-time on 1st shift
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- Willingness to learn and accept training
Job Duties
- Prepares food by washing, peeling, cutting, and seeding fruits and vegetables
- Weighs and measures designated ingredients
- Transports food items safely between workstations, stove, and refrigerator
- Stores food following safety and rotation procedures
- Cleans work areas, equipment, and utensils
- Distributes supplies, utensils, and portable equipment
- Utilizes approved recipes and production standards to maintain quality and portion control
- Serves customers in a friendly and efficient manner
- Resolves customer concerns and communicates with supervisors
- Ensures compliance with company service standards, inventory, and cash control
- Assures compliance with sanitation and safety requirements
- Performs other duties as assigned
