Job Requirements
- No previous experience required
- Must hold current ServSafe certificate
- Ability to work full-time hours Monday through Friday from 5:30 am to 1:30 pm
- Must be able to perform physical tasks including lifting and standing
- Ability to follow health and safety regulations
- Willingness to learn and undergo training
- Eligibility to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- ServSafe certification
- Ability to follow recipes and food safety standards
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Basic math skills for measuring ingredients
- Previous food service experience is a plus but not required
Job Duties
- Prepares fruits and vegetables by washing, peeling, cutting, and seeding
- Weighs and measures ingredients accurately
- Transports food items safely between workstations and storage areas
- Stores food following proper wrapping, dating, and rotation protocols
- Cleans work areas, equipment, and utensils daily
- Distributes kitchen supplies and portable equipment as needed
- Uses approved recipes and portion controls to prepare and serve food
- Provides friendly and efficient customer service following company guidelines
- Resolves customer concerns and communicates with supervisors
- Ensures compliance with sanitation, safety, and inventory procedures
- Performs additional duties as assigned by management
