Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- At least one year food service or restaurant experience
- Working knowledge of food borne illnesses
- Superior standards for cleanliness
- Excellent work ethic and ability to work without supervision
- Ability to read and follow a recipe
- Knowledge of 12 step recovery and Progress House function is helpful
- Successful completion of drug screen, TB test and extensive background checks
- Willingness to adhere to CDC COVID-19 safety protocols

Job Duties
- Prepare meals including main courses, salads, and desserts
- Assist Food Service Manager and Assistant in kitchen duties
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen areas
- Follow recipes accurately to ensure meal consistency
- Adhere to safety and health standards
- Monitor food supplies and report shortages
- Support recovery program initiatives in the kitchen environment
