Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- at least one year food service or restaurant experience required
- working knowledge of food borne illnesses
- superior standards for cleanliness
- excellent work ethic and ability to work without supervision
- ability to read and follow a recipe
- knowledge of 12 step recovery and Progress House function is helpful

Job Duties
- prepare meals including main course salads desserts etc for residents
- assist Food Service Manager and Assistant in kitchen duties
- maintain superior standards of cleanliness
- follow recipes accurately
- ensure compliance with food safety protocols
- assist in maintaining inventory and supplies
- support the overall function of the Progress House Kitchen
