Job Qualifications

- Previous experience in food service is a plus but not required
Job Duties
- Prepares fruits and vegetables by washing, peeling, cutting, and seeding
- Weighs and measures designated ingredients
- Carries pans, kettles, and trays to and from workstations following safety standards
- Stores food according to wrapping, dating, and rotation procedures
- Cleans work areas, equipment, and utensils
- Distributes supplies, utensils, and portable equipment
- Utilizes approved recipes and production standards for quality and portion control
- Serves customers efficiently and courteously, resolving concerns and reporting to supervisors
- Ensures compliance with service, inventory, cash control, sanitation, and safety procedures
- Performs other duties as assigned
