Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of previous food service experience preferred
- availability to work full time, Monday through Friday, 6:00 am to 2:30 pm
- ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, standing, and carrying
- willingness to comply with all safety and sanitation guidelines
- ability to communicate effectively with team members and customers
- reliable and punctual work attendance
- legal authorization to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- minimum 2 years of previous food service experience preferred
- ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain safety standards
- strong communication and customer service skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- basic knowledge of food preparation and sanitation
- ability to stand for extended periods
- ability to lift and carry food trays and equipment safely
- teamwork and interpersonal skills
Job Duties
- Prepares, presents and serves food as needed
- performs prep work such as washing, peeling, cutting and seeding fruits and vegetables
- weighs and measures designated ingredients
- carries pans, kettles and trays of food to and from work stations, stove and refrigerator in accordance with safety standards
- stores food in designated areas following wrapping, dating, food safety and rotation procedures
- cleans work areas, equipment and utensils
- distributes supplies, utensils and portable equipment
- utilizes approved food recipes and production standards to ensure proper quality, serving temperatures and portion control
- serves customers in a friendly, efficient manner following outlined steps of service
- resolves customer concerns and relays relevant information to supervisor
- ensures compliance with company service standards and inventory and cash control procedures
- assures compliance with all sanitation and safety requirements
- performs other duties as assigned
