Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience handling money, as a barista, and with food handling
  • ability to work full-time with a flexible schedule including rotating weekends
  • ability to safely lift and carry heavy items
  • compliance with sanitation and safety regulations
  • able to communicate effectively with team and customers
  • willingness to maintain a drug-free workplace

Job Qualifications

  • ability to work varying shifts including weekends

Job Duties

  • prepares fruits and vegetables by washing, peeling, cutting, and seeding
  • weighs and measures designated ingredients
  • carries food pans and trays safely between workstations, stove, and refrigerator
  • stores food according to safety standards including wrapping, dating, and rotation procedures
  • cleans work areas, equipment, and utensils
  • distributes supplies, utensils and portable equipment
  • uses approved recipes and production standards to ensure quality, portion control and serving temperatures
  • serves customers in a friendly and efficient manner
  • resolves customer concerns and communicates with supervisors
  • ensures compliance with company service standards, inventory and cash control
  • maintains sanitation and safety requirements
  • performs other duties as assigned
