Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience handling money, as a barista, and with food handling
- ability to work full-time with a flexible schedule including rotating weekends
- ability to safely lift and carry heavy items
- compliance with sanitation and safety regulations
- able to communicate effectively with team and customers
- willingness to maintain a drug-free workplace

Job Duties
- prepares fruits and vegetables by washing, peeling, cutting, and seeding
- weighs and measures designated ingredients
- carries food pans and trays safely between workstations, stove, and refrigerator
- stores food according to safety standards including wrapping, dating, and rotation procedures
- cleans work areas, equipment, and utensils
- distributes supplies, utensils and portable equipment
- uses approved recipes and production standards to ensure quality, portion control and serving temperatures
- serves customers in a friendly and efficient manner
- resolves customer concerns and communicates with supervisors
- ensures compliance with company service standards, inventory and cash control
- maintains sanitation and safety requirements
- performs other duties as assigned
